4. Payments & Refunds

• Services such as coaching sessions, editor commissions, or premium content access may require payment.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are issued only if a coaching session is not delivered.
• Creators and editors are paid 1 week after service delivery.

5. Content Rights

• You own the content you upload unless it is created for NextCreator (e.g., as a contracted creator).
• Content created for the platform may be used and distributed by NextCreator.
• We do not claim rights to content not created specifically for use on our platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You attempt fraud or illegal activity.
• You engage in repeated chargebacks or abuse.

Upon termination, you may lose access to all platform content and services.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content including tutorials, design, code, and branding is the property of NextCreator LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Technical failures may occur. NextCreator is not liable for losses due to downtime or performance issues.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

You may use integrations like Calendly, Stripe, or external video tools. We are not responsible for the terms or privacy practices of third-party services.

10. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or through a platform notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by law. By using the Service, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in class actions.
